Our valves can be retrofitted and delivered with actuators as per your requirements: gear operators, electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuators, supplied, mounted and tested with the valve as one package.
Please arrange actuation with our sales team in advance, and give us the actuator type, brand, application, service conditions and any other requirements, so the package is right first time.
Testing & certification

Beyond the standard production tests required by API, we carry out the following tests and certification at the customer's request.
Factory acceptance testing (FAT)
Full functional and pressure testing at our facility before shipment, with customer or third-party witnessing on request.
Fire safe testing
Fire-type testing to API 607 and API 6FA. Reports are already available for ball valves from 2" to 8", Class 150 to 900.
Cryogenic testing
Low-temperature testing of extended-bonnet valves for LNG and other cryogenic service.
Fugitive emission testing (FET)
Stem and body seal emission testing for services where leakage to atmosphere must be controlled.
High pressure gas testing
Seat and shell testing with gas at high pressure, beyond standard hydrostatic testing.
Radiographic testing
Radiography of cast and welded parts to verify internal soundness.
Non-destructive testing (NDT)
MT, PT and other NDT methods on critical parts, carried out by qualified, controlled suppliers.
EN 10204 3.2 certification
Material and test certification verified by an independent inspector, for projects that require 3.2 documentation.
